delicious food all week
Your registration includes all meals catered by chef Katie Hermann of Rosie Jo. Each meal is served buffet style where you can serve your own portions and select from a variety of healthy options.
Sample daily menu:
Breakfast - Paleo Roasted Banana Pancakes with Maple Ghee and Bacon
Lunch: - Grass-fed Beef Lasagna or Vegetarian Lasagna with Green Beans Almandine
Dinner: Taco Night: Mahi-Mahi, Shredded Chicken, and Beef options with all the fixings, corn tortillas or shredded lettuce, and Cilantro Lime White Rice
Salad Bar included with Lunch & Dinner.

your camp cabins
All of the cabins available are shared with other athletes (true summer camp style!). Men and women will be sleeping in separate cabins. You'll have your own bunk with space for luggage on top bunk.
