Power Monkey Camp is held at Flip Fest Gymnastics Camp is a state-of-the-art facility located on beautiful Lake Frances. Highlights include:

Over 30,000 square feet of gym space • Fully equipped for each activity: gymnastics rigs, weight lifting racks, RXSG jump rope studio, trampolines, seminar room, Assault bikes, Concept 2 Ergs, Kettlebells

Dining Hall with 3x/Daily Family Style Meals

Three meals provided by the renowned chef Katie Herman of Rosie Jo Meals. Highlights of the home-cooked meals include Taco-Tuesday, Lasagna night, and (PROMIX sponsored) grass-fed beef burger night! The serve yourself/family style, allows for participants to make their own selections from various featured meal and salad bar options. Any dietary restrictions or specific needs are fully accommodated. Delicious options also available for Paleo, vegan, allergies, and picky eaters!

On-site Camper Cabins

Accommodations for participants are in cabins with other athletes, true summer camp style! Men and women sleep in separate cabins. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples together in the same cabin. Those who prefer to stay off-site, are welcome to book their own accommodation at the nearby Hampton Inn. If staying offsite, participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. With activities starting early in the morning and running late into the night, we encourage all Camp participants to stay in the Cabins in order to fully experience all of the offerings.

Ropes Course & Outdoor Activities

Outdoor space includes 150 acres of hiking and running trails, Lake Frances, a sandy beach, picnic tables and a rope adventure course. Activities include basketball and volleyball courts, canoes, paddleboards, campfires, a cornhole tournament, and more!
