We know your wellness journey is completely unique so we’ve made sure there’s a huge variety of sessions for you to choose from. Mix and match your own schedule based on whatever your body needs to move and play.
Our classes are open to everyone and you don’t need any experience to join in. Daily activities include yoga, inversions, dance, aerial silks, sweat, mobility, and meditation.
LEARN & EXPLORE
When you’re in need of a break from our classes, there’s a whole feast of health and wellness experiences for you to enjoy. From cooking classes to evening seminars on sleep, nutrition and recovery and best of all, you’re free to dip in and out as you please.
You're also welcome to brave the Lake high ropes course, detox on a mindful meditation walk or explore the local waterfalls.
Your accommodation will be one of the cabins situated around the lake. There are various options whether you’re planning to come solo, with a partner or in a small group. Private cabins are limited so be sure to book quickly.
Your meals will be lovingly prepared by our chef Katie Wells of RosieJo Meals and the food she serves is always locally sourced and healthy.
A salad bar is always included with lunch and dinner and the buffet-style means you can eat to your heart’s content! In between meals you’re also welcome to drop by the juice bar for a healthy pick me up.
