1. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Power Monkey Fitness, LLC, located at 272 Lake Frances Rd, Crossville, TN 38571 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Power Monkey Fitness, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on June 10th and ends at 11:59 PM EST on June 15 (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter To enter the giveaway, participants must do the following during the Entry Period: @powermonkeycamp and @powermonkeyfitness on Instagram.
Only one direct message (DM) and entry form per person will be counted, regardless of the number of comments. Additional tagged friends will count as bonus entries. Automated or third-party entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive: YETI LoadOut GoBox 15 (approx. retail value: $125). Power Monkey Camp swag (approx. retail value: $75)Total Approximate Retail Value: $200. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within five (5) days of the giveaway’s end. The winner will be contacted via the email provided during entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Rights Granted by You By entering, you agree to allow Power Monkey Fitness, LLC to use your name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Privacy Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will not be sold or shared with third parties. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the giveaway; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused by participating in the giveaway.
