Start your day centered and limber with an optional morning yoga session. This practice is perfect for improving flexibility, reducing muscle soreness, and enhancing mental focus – all essential components for a successful week at camp.

Challenge yourself with a GORUCK rucking adventure, designed to build strength, endurance, and mental grit while carrying a weighted backpack. Explore the surrounding beauty with a run on our scenic running trails. Choose your distance and difficulty level, whether you're a seasoned trail runner or a beginner looking for a scenic jog.

Lake Activities

Take a break from land and explore the surrounding waters on an ISLE paddleboard or kayak. Enjoy the serenity and challenge your core muscles as you paddle across the water. Spend your free time swimming laps or soak up some Tennessee sun on one of the basecamps in the middle of the lake.

Wednesday Breakout Sessions

Deepen your knowledge with focused breakout sessions covering advanced skills like rope climbs, press to handstand, backflips, kettlebell snatch, and hypertrophy training. These sessions are led by our expert coaches and cater to all skill levels, allowing you to refine your technique and push your boundaries.

Pickleball + Volleyball

Enjoy some friendly competition and lighthearted fun with a game of pickleball or volleyball. These social activities are a great way to bond with fellow campers, release stress, and practice your hand-eye coordination in a relaxed setting.

Thursday Challenge Night

Put your skills to the test with a variety of exciting challenges, including handstand relay races, obstacle courses, learning how to backflip, and snatching heavy weights under the watchful eye of Power Monkey weightlifting coaches.

Contrast Therapy

Recover like a pro with access to our Sisu Sauna and Ice Barrel for ultimate muscle recovery. The sauna will help loosen tight muscles and improve circulation, while the ice barrel plunge will reduce inflammation and leave you feeling refreshed. If you are new to contrast therapy, our mental performance coach on staff, Dawn Fletcher, expertly leads campers through an experience.

CrossFit Mayhem Field Trip

Get inspired and motivated with a visit to the legendary CrossFit Mayhem gym. Train alongside the Mayhem coaches and experience the energy of one of the most renowned CrossFit facilities in the world. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best and soak up the atmosphere.


High Ropes Course

For those seeking an adrenaline rush, conquer your fears and test your coordination on our exhilarating high ropes course. Run through several challenging sections and complete the course with an epic swing out over the lake!

VO2 Max + RMR Testing

(optional) Take your training to the next level with optional VO2 Max and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing. VO2 Max testing measures your body's ability to utilize oxygen during exercise, giving you valuable insights into your cardiovascular fitness. RMR testing determines your baseline calorie needs, helping you optimize your nutrition plan for weight loss or muscle gain. These tests, conducted by our on-site professionals from XFIT Lab, provide personalized data that allows you to tailor your training and nutrition for peak performance.

Fundraiser Workout

Team up for a cause! In this special workout, campers compete in a fun and challenging workout designed to test your teamwork and fitness. This is a great opportunity to bond with fellow campers while raising awareness and money for the Power Monkey Educational Foundation, a non-profit arm of Power Monkey that supports Project Onyx and 206 South. These organizations help bring young athletes to Power Monkey Camp who wouldn't otherwise have the chance to learn from our elite coaches. Sweat, have fun, and make a difference!
