Last week, I had the opportunity to go back to Power Monkey Camp, this time interning amongst some of the best of the best in terms of coaching, presentation, and experience! It was an honor to work with and learn from this team and to meet campers from all over the globe! Duke Van Vleet and I worked with athletes all week on the ring station and it was a joy to see so many hard working athletes improve in gymnastics skills and efficiency! If you’ve never attended Power Monkey Camp, it is the best mix of fitness education, community, and fun that I’ve seen. Sadly I’ll miss next camp, as I’ll have a baby coming that week, but check it out October 6-12th!!!
