There’s a common misconception that you need to be in peak physical condition to attend Power Monkey Fitness Camp. That if you're injured or just coming back from an injury, maybe it’s not the right time.

Injuries can make you feel hesitant, unsure, even a little left out. But at Power Monkey Fitness Camp, you’re not sidelined. You’re supported. Dr. Mike (along with other Camp approved Physical Therapists) are onsite all week to help you assess, modify, and move in ways that serve your recovery, not delay it.

Whether you’re coming back from a shoulder tweak, a lingering knee issue, or even a more recent surgery, Camp provides a structured and personalized path forward.

    Our Camp Physical Therapists  are available for evaluations, movement screens, and one-on-one sessions throughout the week. You’re not guessing what’s safe, you’re guided.

     Coaches take time to modify movements to your ability and comfort level. The structure isn’t “push through it” - it’s “let’s meet you where you are.”
