Camp is for people of ANY and ALL athletic abilities! (We cannot stress this enough)
Power Monkey Fitness Camp is a skill development camp, not a competition. We love working with newer athletes who are excited to learn proper technique from the beginning. Every station is scalable, and you'll get individualized coaching that meets you right where you are.
In small group format, you will be teamed up, with your new best friends, of varying age, nationality, and ability. This close group creates a supportive environment to tackle one of your weaknesses or try something completely new.
Return Policy: Refund and Rescheduling Options
Full payment is due upon registration.
Refunds: A 50% refund may be issued for cancellation requests made at least 6 weeks prior to the Camp start date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REQUESTS MADE WITHIN LESS THAN 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE CAMP START DATE.
Rescheduling Requests: Requests to change registration from one Camp to another must be made by email at least 6 weeks prior to the Camp start date and are subject to a $500 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is valid for one calendar year from the original Camp date.
Transfers: Participants may transfer their registration to someone else for a $50.00 transfer fee at any time prior to the Camp start date.

We arrange for shuttle pick-up (additional fee) in the Nashville International Airport (BNA).
You can also arrive at the Knoxville airport, but will need to arrange your own transportation to Camp.
You'll find our staff in the baggage claim of Terminal 2 - Level 1 by the information desk! There will be a large Power Monkey Camp sign and a lot of smiling faces! We promise, you won't miss us!
FALL 2024 CAMP:
Sunday September 22, 2024 (Arrival Day) Book flights to arrive into BNA airport before noon.
Saturday September 28, 2024 (Departure Day) Campers depart camp at 7:30 am, arriving at BNA airport at 9:30am. Book flights to depart after 11am.
We cap the camper registration at 100 in order to keep the group sizes small for more 1:1 attention within the stations.
At maximum capacity between coaches, staff, guest athletes, and kitchen, there will be around 180 total people on the campus during the week
The average age is wide ranging. The minimum age 18 years (16+ with participating adult chaperone)and there is no maximum.
Our most senior alumni returned to Camp at 83 years young!
Camper cabins can sleep up to 15 people, but there will be 6-8 campers per cabin to allow for maximum separation.
The beds are all twin beds.
Men and women will be sleeping in separate cabins, unless a special request is made for groups who have been to camp before and would like to room together
There are a set of bathrooms (showers, sinks and toilets) that cojoin another sleeping area.
We have a limited number of private and semi private rooms that are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Private rooms are an additional cost of $750-$850 depending on the room type, and semi-private rooms are $500 (per person).
Private rooms sell out quickly, so if you are interested in booking a private room, please reach out to us as soon as you register for camp.
You must be registered for Camp before booking a private room.
There is a 10% discount for groups of 5 or more. Codes cannot be combined with early bird rates or any other discounts. Contact us to set up a code.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for active and veteran Military personnel. A copy of military ID or proof of service will be verified upon registration.

Yes — as long as you have clearance from your medical provider to return to movement.
Our coaching staff includes Physical Therapists and Medical Staff onsite throughout the week.
You’ll have the opportunity to modify movements, learn recovery-focused tools, and train at your own pace in a supportive environment.

We run Power Monkey Fitness Camp at a kids gymnastics camp (FlipFest). FlipFest hosts summer gymnastics clinics from late may through the end of August.
The Spring and Fall Camp dates are strategically planned so that we don't conflict with their summer schedule. We do offer smaller retreats in the summer around the world!
