What Is Power Monkey Camp?

A Fitness Retreat for Every Athlete.

There’s something sacred about choosing to begin again.

Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time in years, or stepping back to reframe your fitness journey, there’s a quiet kind of courage in saying: I want to learn how to do this better.

Not louder. Not heavier. Not faster.
Just better.

That’s where Power Monkey Camp lives.

In that space between effort and intention. Between working hard and working smart.

It’s not about maxing out. It’s about dialing in.

Skill First. Always.

You won’t find intensity for intensity’s sake at Power Monkey Camp.

Instead, you’ll find Olympians teaching hollow holds on the floor. Coaches fine-tuning bar paths with PVC pipes. Conversations about movement longevity that stay with you long after the week is over.

Everything at Camp is built around education. To spend time learning how your body moves, and what it’s capable of when given the right instruction, time, and attention.

There are no prerequisites and no pressure. Just a chance to meet yourself where you are and move forward with intention.

You Belong Here.

If the words “fitness camp” bring up anxiety, you’re not alone.

We’ve had first-time campers walk in worried they wouldn’t be able to keep up. That everyone else would know more. Move better. Be stronger.

"The coaches meet you where you're at. I'm the perfect example. I can't even do a pull-up and I got tons out of my camp experience - even a handstand! Plus you will meet and make friends with some amazing people. I'm definitely going back." - Anja P. (PMC23)

By the end of the week, those same people are jumping into team workouts, eating meals with Olympic coaches, and laughing by the campfire with strangers-turned-friends.

Because Camp is built on inclusion, not intimidation.
Support, not comparison.
Progress, not perfection.

Come As You Are.

Power Monkey Fitness Camp isn’t just a week away from real life. It is real life—maybe more real than what most of us allow ourselves to experience in our day-to-day.

You’ll move.
You’ll learn.
You’ll connect with people who speak your language, even if you didn’t know you had one.

And maybe, for the first time in a while, you’ll feel like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
